Course Description
Try your hand at making beautiful creative objects out of clay. During this course, you will continue building knowledge of pottery processes, further developing hand building skills and explore decorative techniques within the lesson. Demonstrations and guidance are given throughout the course, plus one-to-one teaching on developing ideas and building your own unique pieces.
The limitations in storage space of both materials and work in progress, and kiln space impacts on the size of the pieces produced. Small to medium sized pieces can be made. Very successful larger pieces are made but only after discussions with the tutor regarding materials, timings and space.
This course is suitable for learners who have developed the necessary skills and knowledge to progress to an improver level.
