Parent Survey
Please take some time to fill out our parent survey this week, before it closes on Tuesday 17th June. It is a short survey designed to collect qualitative feedback which will help us continue to drive improvements for September. The link was sent out via InTouch earlier in the week.
Year 6 Coffee Morning
Ms Sale welcomed another large group of year 6 parents and carers into College on Wednesday to meet members of the senior team, ask questions about transition and life at IVC, and then go on a short tour of the College. If you are a current year 6 parent with a child joining us in September, there is still time to sign up for the final event.
IB Visual Arts success
We are delighted to announce that five of our year 12 art students were recently selected to exhibit their outstanding work at Michaelhouse Café in central Cambridge. This exclusive exhibition, curated by a collaboration of prestigious Arts Societies in Cambridge, showcases the exceptional talent of Sixth Form students in the Cambridgeshire area, promoting wider participation in the visual arts. On Saturday June 7th there was an open event where all student work was celebrated and prizes awarded. Congratulations to Kez R, Indigo K, Nic B, Gareth C and Antonina M for their excellent submissions to this exhibition!
Outdoor Athletics Plus
This week a group of our students took part in the inclusive Outdoor Athletics Plus competition at Cambridge University Athletics track. The students took part in a variety of running, throwing and jumping events competing as part of the IVC team. We were extremely proud both of how well they performed, and the way in which they showed social skills and teamwork participating in the event!
